Microsoft will release a new app to keep track of things

Microsoft has added a set of Microsoft cloud services 365 new organizer tasks for business users. As announced at the Build conference 2020, the new Microsoft Lists is open to subscribers by this summer.

Microsoft Lists should not be confused with To – Do- a consumer application to keep track of things. The new program integrates with Teams, SharePoint and Outlook, and then employees will be more convenient to track tasks, share reports, contacts, and structure information.

the App is conceived as the next stage in the evolution of lists in SharePoint. Microsoft Lists users can quickly create lists based on templates, mark tasks with colored tags, update statuses and assign responsibility for execution. View lists in grid view, galleries, and calendar.

the rebranding of Office 365 (now Microsoft 365), the company announced in late March. An individual subscription includes Office applications for PC, 1 TB in OneDrive and 60 minutes of calls to mobiles and landlines in Skype, and tools to protect against viruses and phishing attacks.

For consumers, the main Microsoft task Manager will remain To Do. This program is integrated with a planner Microsoft Planner and email client Outlook, allows you to work offline, view the tasks tab in My Day (“My day”), share lists with friends and colleagues.
